There will be a third review to see if Standerwick's going to get a 30 mile an hour limit.
The highways agency met with campaigners before a public meeting on Friday.
Guidelines have now changed which means Standerwick does class as a village so should be entitled to the limit.
Highways though say they'll base the decision on statistics, which locals say are flawed.
