To enter all you have to do is simply fill in the form below, turn up at Prestbury Sports Bar and pay the £1 entry fee which will go straight to The Great Ormond Street Hospital. Click here for terms and conditions >

The Format of the competition is as follows:

1. Three acts from each of the 3 categories will go though to the Finals, these are: Under 12's, Under 16's & Adults.
2. Journalism & radio will attend and will broadcast/publish the event
3. Auditions will be held on the next Fridays - 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th June
4. Boot Camp Period - Fridays - 4th, 11th & 18th July
5. The Semi-Finals will be held on - 25th July and 1st & 8th August
6. The Grand Final will take place on the 15th August 2008
